Very disappointing experience at this Nissan garage. The manager with glasses was extremely rude and unhelpful. He barely answers questions, and when he does, his responses are unclear and dismissive.
I simply asked how long I should wait, and he ignored me. I had to follow him around the garage just to get a basic response, as if I was begging for information. When I asked for an estimated time, he still refused to answer and didn’t even look at me.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. A simple question shouldn’t require chasing staff for answers. Definitely needs serious improvement.
