A customer more than twice:
Tires changed and balanced twice, but the vibration persists.
Note that the Bridgestone tires are expensive.
I bought a 70-amp battery for 70 (presumably currency units), but it turned out to be the wrong one. The car was stranded on the airport road, so I left all other shops and came to you out of trust. You replaced it for 60, and instead of returning the difference and apologizing for the delay, you refused, saying you saved me $2. It’s not clever of you to try and elevate my status in front of your money change because I’m desperate.
