I purchased a set of Yokohama tires, expecting them to last at least a couple of years, but after just 7 months of regular driving, they’ve become almost completely useless. The tread wore down much faster than I anticipated, and now my car handles terribly, especially in wet conditions. I thought I was investing in a reputable brand, but these tires turned out to be a big disappointment. For the price I paid, I expected far better durability and performance. I won’t be buying Yokohama tires again.
I had a terrible experience with Yokohama’s customer service. After my tires wore out in just 7 months, I reached out hoping for some assistance or a warranty claim. Unfortunately, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive representatives who didn’t seem to care about my issue at all. They refused to offer any solution or replacement. Overall, the lack of support and professionalism from their team has been extremely frustrating.
Plus I have a voice messages from the manager who I was in contact with, talking disrespectful about their employees.
