Bad quality shoes;
Bought a pair of boots from Jbeil branch. After wearing them for the first time, the dye of the inner material transferred a greenish color to my socks and feet.
When I told the branch manager about the issue, he sad that it wasn’t possible and he didn’t offer to return or replace it. Instead he removed the shoe padding and offer to replace it with another one (different material and color), although I told him that the color was transfered to the upper side of my socks and feet and not the side facing the shoe padding (therefore it is not a logical solution).
So I left the boots in the store and left with no compensation or refund.
