I honestly cannot recommend Tiers and More Mansourieh enough 👏
We had a stressful situation when our tire got completely ripped because of a pothole, and we had to carefully drive all the way to the garage since we have their VIP card — which means the tire should be replaced for free (we changed the tier 2 months ago, that’s why replacement was for free)
When we arrived, the shop was already closed and two employees were literally getting into their car to leave. But the moment they saw us, they didn’t hesitate. They stayed, called their manager, and instead of asking us to leave the car until the next day, the manager actually came back, the team reopened the garage, and they changed the tire on the spot — completely free as promised.
The service was beyond amazing: professional, kind, and genuinely human. Nobody goes the extra mile like this anymore, especially after closing hours.
True customer care, true professionalism, and a team that clearly values people over convenience. Thank you for turning a stressful night into such a positive experience 🙏

I searched for tire replacement and they were the recommended ones, checked down the reviews and honestly you were one of the best locally, staff is very friendly and experienced, fast remove/ refix of the tires although there was like 3 or 4 cars other than mine. Overall experience was as expected based on reviews I read about u, one thing to do/ check is when I contacted your call center, they told me by Whatsapp that they will check the vehicle and inform you if there is any issue/ malfunction with it without specifying what should be checked, when I visited your branch, no one informed me about any issues and to he honest this is a very important point to share with the customer, helps build trust and ensure that the customer is driving his car and will not face any problems.
Overall, thank you for everything you did, it was magnificent.

I changed the tires of my car at Tires and More and had a great experience. Very good service, professional team, and a clean place. The waiting area has Wi-Fi, coffee, and even a babyfoot table, which makes the wait much easier.
It is a new shop (open for only two months) and they are already doing an excellent job. Highly recommended!
