Easy, straightforward, and friendly experience. Got good service and the price was accurate to what I was told. I will say – talking to a remote call service to schedule an appointment is frustrating instead of talking directly with the shop, but that’s of no fault of the operation, that’s a Monro corporate initiative and is the same across the board for vehicle service centers.

These guys saved me on a Saturday afternoon when my car needed immediate, unexpected service and every other repair shop was closed or inaccessible. They were friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and so compassionate. I had my car towed here from south hills village and I’m so glad I did. They saved me, and I had my car back, good as new, by Monday! So thankful for these guys. Go here- you won’t be sorry!

Monro saved me! I needed to drive several hours away for an all day conference, for which I had all of the materials and was lead facilitator, and I had a leak in one of my tires. They got me in right away and were able to patch the tire so I could make my trip later that day! The service was friendly, quick, courteous, and respectful. Thank you Monro!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Monro location. I was told on the spot that I had to replace my tires immediately in order to pass inspection, and the pressure to make an instant decision felt really uncomfortable. Their prices were extremely high compared to other shops, clearly banking on convenience.
What made the experience even worse was the inconsistency — I was first told they didn’t have the tires available, and then suddenly they did. The whole situation felt disorganized and, honestly, like they were playing games.
Overall, it came across as a place where you’re expected to agree to every service they suggest based solely on their word, or else risk failing inspection. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.
