Excellent in terms of cleanliness, but lacking experience in mechanics and not adhering to appointments. My Jeep is clearly visible in the picture. The engine was replaced, and we tested it for a week. It had a misfire, so we came back after a week. Your father, after examining it, determined that the misfire was from the spark plugs, so we bought and replaced them as per his request (original parts). We returned the next day because the misfire persisted, but you were out of the garage, and your father was upset that we came without an appointment. We left and returned on the third day after making another appointment. You answered us, but you were out of the garage and said you’d be back in an hour. We waited for two hours, only for your father to tell us that the problem was with the engine and that it needed replacing, when in fact the problem was very simple: a low transmission fluid level.
