During our recent travels back to Connecticut, we experienced a flat tire on the highway near South Lebanon, Ohio. We were fortunate to receive assistance from the friendly technician at the local store. They provided outstanding customer service and promptly addressed our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with their efficiency, allowing us to be back on our way home within just forty minutes of the flat tire incident. We are truly grateful for their help.

I’m told that I was massively over charged for the service rendered. I have shared the details with pictures. Please get a second opinion from a different company. I am retired ,female, live alone , fixed low income. I didn’t understand the service needed or the quote. My interpretation was that they had to replace my engine and fix it because of blown seals. I thought they were going to rebuild or replace the engine. I also recommend bringing an educated person with you to explain it better.
I was told if I applied for the Firestone credit card I would be zero interest for six months,I was not told that after that, there will be close to 30% interest rates after the six months.I am so glad I asked.
I’m pretty stressed out and wish I didn’t use Firestone. I encourage you to take a look at the bill and let me know what you think. I’m so frustrated.

If I could give a zero i would. This place is absolutely ridiculous came in for my tail lights a rear turn signals. Since I was already there I said you know what do the oil change as well, well they called me Sunday saying the problem was fixed I said okay mind you I dropped it off friday with detailed description on what happened it's a 2021 very maintained gmc savannah van with 40k on it. Well I went to pick it up problem was the same still no tail lights and no turn signals they said it was the bulbs I said no because I already changed them I left came back the next morning, this morning 2-2-26 they had it fixed… oh the good part they charged me 385.21 for oil change and a wire fix but remember I already came back and it wasn't fixed so when it was fixed I came back and they charged me another 188.69 for changing bulbs? Hmmmm
