A very honest business man. My son just had his Toyota Camry in to be inspected and all was well. I’ve been to places before and it seems they make things up just to get your money. Not this guy! Kudos to you and your business!

Called to get a quote/schedule a quick repair and see if I could bring my own parts and just pay for labor (I didn’t actually have the parts I was just curious). Didn’t give me a quote and the moment I mentioned potentially bringing parts they told me to just do it myself and hung up…
It was just an honest question. I would have paid for the parts/labor but I’m not paying for the bad attitude.

Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to Dixon’s for repairs. They are honest and do quality work. The mechanic took the time to call me and explain the repairs. If you get a high estimate from another mechanic bring it here to see if that estimate is legit. They won’t steer you wrong.

The quotes before and after the repair were completely different. And when I asked about the repair, their attitude was terrible. I will never go back to this shop again. This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to in Pittsburgh.

Had an emergency, Pulled my winch cable out of my drum, already a super pressured day. Pulled in no call and the man immediately helped me and let me use his tools to fix what i needed. He didn’t even want no money for it. Highly recommend super cool guy.
