The owner of the store got stuck in the traffic for little over 30 minutes, I was not in any rush, he fixed my car, and one of the items I had to purchase it it was free of charge simply Cas he believe in keeping his customer happy & satifty, note: I never made any comment on his delay, he offered that excellent customer service on his own, wish the owner all the best, we need more good service in Lebanon.
