Mr. Ali is truly a professional in the field. I have personally attended hundreds of garages in the country, and i was only able to trust one person. Mr. Ali is always on time, no delays in car delivery. I want to discuss my personal experience, after visiting the car dealership service center for a fault several times, they were not able to identify the issue, and when I discussed a possibility of the issue with them, their response was this type of oil cannot be changed. After calling Mr. Ali, over the phone he was able to identify the issue, when he checked the car, he was able to fix the issue which turned out to be an important fix, but also a minor one. Mr. Ali asked me to follow up with him after a few days if any issue resides. Not to mention my car takes up a lot of oil and i might need to top up every once in a while, he happily gave me the oil to top up whenever i needed it. When discussing an air filter for my car, without discussion, he offered to order the part for me from Germany. When i told him i needed a part to be changed, he simply said, you don’t have to yet, it is still early. Other garages would change it to charge you extra, but Mr. Ali cares more about his reputation and loyal returning customers. If i needed help with anything that has to do with my car, he happily responds with an answer and tries to help me in any way possible. After just a few visits to Mr. Ali, i could say i trust him blindly, because he has great work ethic, he works in transparency, truly a remarkable professional, and more importantly understands cars more than anyone i have seen. I truly advise people to visit him!
