Really disappointed with the service here. I came in for a simple tire change, but the wait was way longer than promised—over an hour past the estimated time. Staff seemed disorganized, and I didn’t get much communication about what was going on. When I finally got my car back, I noticed grease stains on the steering wheel and door handle, which shows a lack of care in addition to really high prices. Definitely not coming back.

First time i try them today, the customer support is polite and supportive, but they need to up the standard of their field drivers. I was promised to get support on the road in 20-25 minutes, waited for an hour without anyone showing up. Their excuse was that they couldn’t reach the driver for some reason and couldn’t find a replacement.

I got disrespected by the staff and they are un loyal to work with. They installed a new tire without my approval and made me pay. They exactly said that we will sell the wheel of your car if you don’t pay.
